2. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: personal care items, custom-made or discounted products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@kipzey.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided (customer bears return shipping unless product is defective).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For defective or damaged items, full refunds or free replacements are provided.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, contact us. We will process an exchange if the product is available in stock.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
